Our strengths – Quality childcare guaranteed
The tradition of youth and public welfare within the Red Cross extends back into the last century: In 1992 the Regional Association Munich opened up its first day-care center because of the huge shortage of after-school care places. Today, through its continuous expansion, the Red Cross is an organization with a great deal of experience in running day-care centers.
Our quality standards are accredited through external certification. This level of guaranteed quality is not just something we want to retain, but rather we want continually to improve upon it. Innovative projects that support quality education are important building blocks to achieve this, for example, the language support program Kikus, the house for small researchers and our program Leuchtpool.
The BRK Munich is a non-denominational organization committed to humanitarian values. We attach great importance to the equal treatment of people of different faiths, nationalities and cultural backgrounds. That is true for the children who we look after as well as their parents and for our employees.
In our centers you will work in multi-professional teams. Our facilities are modern and comfortably equipped. Our concept enables us to live and breathe good education; team days serve for the further development of this concept. Through further training we maintain and improve the quality of our work. Flexible working-time models make it possible for employees to rejoin the workplace after family leave.
You will also benefit:
- From career opportunities all the way up to childcare center manager
- Expert support through own experienced educational counselors
- Flexible working hours
- Tariff remuneration according to BRK-ERTV, including annual bonus and solid retirement benefits through ZVK
